Did you make the changes to the Mayfly’s solder jumpers and sketch? There’s a discussion about the necessary changes here: https://www.envirodiy.org/topic/digi-ltebee-on-mayfly-v1-x/

Hi Shannon,
We are using the Mayfly version 1.1 board to test the Digi modems. The specific Digi modem we are testing is linked…[Read more]

Digi brand boards won’t work with the Mayfly v0.5 boards unless you also use one of the special adapter boards we used to make and sell, but we haven’t used those since 2020 when the Mayfly v1.0 boards came out. The 1.0 and 1.1 Mayfly boards eliminate the need for an adapter between the Digi board and the Mayfly, but you still have to make…[Read more]

Hello,
Our group ordered the Digi Xbee 3 Global Modems (XB3-C-GM2-UT-001) to connect to our Mayfly boards. We have a combination of 0.5b and 1.1 boards that we use in the field. I have been using a 1.1 board to perform tests on the new modems but I have not had any success uploading the data to Monitor My Watershed. I have attached the sketch I…[Read more]

For some reason when I try to insert Modular Sensors as a library and I select it, only loggerbase.h gets included. What can I do?

There are a few spots left in the free, in-person workshop scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Stroud Water Research Center in Avondale, Pennsylvania. This workshop will focus on relocating a standard Stroud Center EnviroDIY Monitoring Station equipped with the Meter Hydros 21 CTD sensor; however, the skills apply to other contexts in…[Read more]

Actually, I just had my SIM card upside down :/
But I appreciate you responding! Though I will also be starting to use the Mayfly/Hydros 21/Clarivue 10 combination, so I might have to keep in mind that you replaced the Clarivues with Campbells. If I may ask, what issue were you getting with the Clarivue 10s? Was it -9999 values and a bunch of…[Read more]

We solved this problem a couple of months ago but I’m still trying to remember what we did to do fix it.
If I recall correctly, the script we were using was outdated and we used an updated version from the github, and it worked for a while. But overall we did not have long-term success with the Mayfly + Clarivue10 combination. We eventually…[Read more]
