For Registered Members

There are three ways EnviroDIY members can contact each other or the site admins. In the spirit of community, the methods are listed here from most to least preferred:

  1. Use the forumPost your question on our forum so that others can learn the answer too. Mention another member in the post (@username; find their username on their profile page) and they’ll be notified.
  2. Send a public message: Clicking Public Message on someone’s profile page opens the status update box on your profile and starts the update with a mention of username of the person you’re messaging. When you post the update, the recipient will receive an email notification. Your message will also appear on the Activity page, so that the content is discoverable by others.
  3. Send a private message: To avoid spam problems, private messaging is limited to friends. Admins can private message anyone, but to reply to an admin PM or to initiate a PM to anyone else, you must first visit their profile page and request friendship.

For Non-Members

If you are a not an EnviroDIY member, you can register now to use the features above, or you may send an email to Shannon Hicks or Heather Brooks.
