I am am contractor who specializes in the collection water level data for NOAA Hydrographic Surveys for the purpose of determining tidal datums and also service NOAA NWLON stations. JOA Surveys LLC performs data collection for NOAA surveys all over the country but we are based in Anchorage, Alaska.
