Thank you very much for your detailed response and suggestions! I’ll get my hands on an antenna and go from there.
Thanks for the quick response Shannon,
I’ll give that APN a try, but it seems more likely that the antenna is the issue. I was under the impression that these modules had built in antennas that would work in areas with high signal strength. Is this incorrect? Do you have antenna suggestions?

Thanks for the responses! Unfortunately, I am still having trouble posting data to the web. I had this working before the switch to Limnotech, so I’m wondering if there are some other changes that I’m unaware of that could be causing the problem.
I’m attempting to post data using the “logging_to_EnviroDIY” sketch on GitHub (after updating the registration token etc in the code…).
https://github.com/EnviroDIY/EnviroDIY_Mayfly_Logger/tree/master/examples/logging_to_EnviroDIYMy current xbee config settings are as indicated in the readme:
AH – Network type: Infrastructure [2]
IP – IP Protocol: TCP [1]
DL – Destination IP Address: 50.236.137.123
DE – Destination Port: 50
AP – API Enable: Transparent Mode [0]Many thanks!
DaveGreat! Thanks for such prompt responses.
Hi Steve,
Can you provide a little bit of example code that demonstrates how to put the MCU to sleep?
Thanks
DaveYes, we have two boards and both showed the same behavior. We got one working yesterday — still fooling around with the other one.
Thanks for the helpful posts!
Dave
We were just about to post the same question. Any insight would be excellent.
Thanks
