Thanks so much for all the help, these were originally purchased by my organization in partnership with Trout Unlimited. TU did all the preliminary set up so the manuals I had on hand only covered field installation and troubleshooting.

If you are physically relocating a monitoring station that reports to MonitorMyWatershed (MMW) then it’s best to create a new site instance on MMW for the new station. We downloaded them on Dec. 1 2025 and we had to let Penn State IT department download them because I am using a PSU computer. I have a feeling that PSU firewall or IT security may be part of the issue.
