We are looking at adding an external circuit breaker to protect a monitoring kit. We are configuring a monitoring kit to be a mobile or portable unit, that can be carried aboard a ship/boat of opportunity. Often in the field on a boat or in some weather, equipment gets wet.

A few of the folders in “ModularSensors_Dependencies_v.0.35.0.zip” are named with blank spaces or with longer names, if you go into any of the folders with spaces, copy the name of the .h file and rename the folder to that name, it works.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since we’re installing these stations right at the edge of the salt marsh/forest, I think we’ll have sufficient light to power the modem + Hydros 21.

There’s nothing electrically wrong with having all 4 resistors populated on that board, but only one pair will be used for your sensor analog input, and the other pair will not be connected to anything and will therefore not be performing any function.

Since I am only using one C-FLOUR sensor, does having two pair of soldered resistors affect anything or should I redo the screw terminal board to only have one pair of resistors?
Thank you for the tip on needing two separate screw terminal boards because each C-FLOUR needing 2 ground terminals each.

If you only have one C-FLUOR sensor, then you only need one pair of resistors, since there’s only one analog signal from the sensor. There ARE two ground wires, which is why I asked how many sensors you were using with this one screw terminal board. If your station is in an open location that gets several hours of direct sunlight every day, then a 2W panel is probably sufficient if you have a cellular modem on your station. I was getting the same error message as the poster above, so I went ahead and followed the instructions that Shannon provided to fix it (2025-01-22 at 2:07 PM), but now I am getting this error message that I attached. That is one of 10ish errors that I am getting.
