ParticipantI noticed both the LTE Bee Adapter and the Mayfly Data Logger Starter Kit are unavailable on Amazon. Are there plans to replenish stock in the near future? Thanks.

ParticipantWe are temporarily sold out of both right now but will hopefully get more in stock soon, though I don’t have an estimated date for that yet.

ParticipantUpdate: I shipped some kits to Amazon this evening, so they should be available again by this weekend or early next week. The LTEbee adapter boards will be a longer wait though.

ParticipantHi. When do you think the LTE bee adapter boards will be available? I’ve bought the starter kit and sensor and am working on all the other bits and pieces now. Thanks

ParticipantAll the starter kits I sent to Amazon at the beginning of the month sold out within a few days of being back in stock. I’m still waiting on the shipment from the manufacturer to get all of our products back in stock on Amazon. The holidays kind of mess up the schedules. I’ll post an update whenever I have an estimate on when everything will be available again.

ParticipantWe finally received the Mayfly boards and other accessories, so we’re working to get everything tested, packaged, and shipped to Amazon as quickly as possible. Everything will hopefully be available online again by this weekend or early next week.

ParticipantAnyone knows where one can buy a Mayfly board nowadays? Amazon won’t ship outside the US, at least not to Europe. Been looking everywhere to no avail.

ParticipantWe received a shipment of new boards from the manufacturer last week, and I’m working right now on testing and packaging everything, so we’ll be sending them to Amazon next week and they should be available on there shortly after that.

ParticipantAs stated above, I’m prepping the products right now for shipment to Amazon, so they should be available whenever Amazon receives them, processes them, and lists them as available on their system again. I have no idea how long their side of things will take, sometimes it’s only a few days, but lately it’s been more like a week or more. Amazon is still our only sales outlet, so there’s no other ways to purchase them.

ParticipantThanks for the update Shannon – we have 12 out in the field for collecting soil moisture in a project with the USFS – I should probably update that thread. We are looking to buy 15 more for installation in Vermont now, too.
One cool piece of info for you all is that the Mayflys we had installed over-winter in northern NH made it through -20F temperatures outside their casing. We had a deep cycle battery and solar panel and they capture soil moisture dynamics during winter/spring transition – the first time that has been documented.
A broader question – would Stroud/EnviroDIY like info on how we are using these devices as part of research work? I imagine it may help SWRC’s outreach efforts?

ParticipantFor anyone looking or an update on board availability: We sent a huge shipment of boards, kits, and adapters to Amazon almost 3 weeks ago, they received them a few days later but still have not processed them and added them back into their inventory. So we’re still waiting for that to happen, and the products will not show up on Amazon until they’ve processed that shipment. Sorry for the delay.

ParticipantGood news, Amazon finally processed the shipments and our items show up again in their system, but there will still be a delay until they’ve fully distributed within their warehouse network and start shipping them out. Also remember that if you want to purchase more than 10 of any of the items, we’d really prefer you to contact us directly at mayfly@envirodiy.org so that we can keep the Amazon inventory for customers who want to buy smaller quantities.
