    Hello All,
Has anyone had any experience measuring soil moisture or suction cheaply? Most of my experience to date has been with commercial gypsum block systems. They have well know sensitivity issues at the wet end of the water content profile. Ideally I’d like to try something incredibly cheap with the various Arduino soil moisture probes available commercially, but I am skeptical about their sensitivity to temperature, BD, EC, air gaps, etc.

    Cheers,
    Anton
