Thank you for the response. I ran the board attached to my computer in Arduino and the red LED3 light did come on when the sample was run. I put a voltmeter across the GND and V pins and the voltage was 3.3v when the sample was collected.

The sketch on the 0.5b board is older than 2022 so that would explain why the new Gen2…[Read more]

Hello,

We have a Mayfly station with a version 0.5b board and a Hydros21 CTD sensor attached. The sensor had been working for years at the site but recently, the CTD measurements were being reported as -9999 for all three parameters. I tried troubleshooting and ended up swapping out the sensor for a new Hydros21 CTD sensor. Before deploying, I…[Read more]

Hello,

Our group ordered the Digi Xbee 3 Global Modems (XB3-C-GM2-UT-001) to connect to our Mayfly boards. We have a combination of 0.5b and 1.1 boards that we use in the field. I have been using a 1.1 board to perform tests on the new modems but I have not had any success uploading the data to Monitor My Watershed. I have attached the sketch I…[Read more]

Hello,

Thank you for your quick response Bob! To be honest, I am fairly new to working with the Mayfly boards. I was wondering if anyone at EnviroDIY had any luck with the modems since this was initially posted in September and if so, could direct me to an example sketch to use that turns off the 2G fallback. Or if there is any other sketch that…[Read more]
